Hey all!
I'm running VMWare on Mac OS X and have a guest running Oracle Linux.
After hacking into the guest configuration to make the network connection work, I'm still unable to connect my USB flash drive to the guest.
When inserting the flash drive & choosing to connect it to the vmware guest I recieve the following error message: "The device "Toshiba xxx" was unable to connect to its idal host controller. An attempt will be made to connect this device to the best available host controller. This might result in undefined behavior for this deivice".
After klicking ok nothing happens the device cannot be found.
Is there any documentation on this problem? Does it have to do with my VMWare Fusion configuration or with my guest configuration?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
