Hi, on inspection of some of your files, I saw that Java on the prime client needs to be installed in C:\Java, according to section "Install a Java JRE" of the benchmarking guide, and JAVA_HOME updated to reflect this. Also, please make sure you install the same bitness of Java as your operating system.
